Our objective with this blog has been previously well stated by Mark Twain ...

"Get the facts first, then you can distort them as much as you please."

Today it's call spin doctoring, done surprisingly effectively by politicians, and whom Donald Trump recently commented on in a speech in NH as being full of B.S.

Why then does today's media give political talking points based so little on facts so much free press?

A- Because governments are the biggest advertisers, and publishers are afraid if they exposed them to the public as being B.S. artists that the advertising dollars would be yanked and their publishing businesses would fail.

B- Because the media fear if they started asking hard questions and demanded straight answers from the politicians that could prove embarrassing, their reporter's access would be cut off.

C- Reporters will kiss the politician's ass in order to get a cushy government job that comes with a bullet proof pension plan.

If any of the above are true then we must recognize the effects of no longer having a free press and without a free press we were told in school that democracy cannot exist.

What do you see happening today? Is China and Russia becoming more like America, or is America becoming more like China or Russia?

You decide the facts here ... and you decide how distorted they are ... OR how distorted you want to make them.
